How to do exercises of the third trimester?

    Walking 

    Remember to take short breaks during brisk walk. Always carry water with you, do not walk in the hottest part of the day. Wear comfortable shoes with added support for the heel and always exercise while wearing a sports bra. 

    Swimming 

    Consider keeping swimming sessions under 30 minutes and stop if you feel any vaginal discharge, bleeding, abdominal pain or abdominal pressure. 

    Prenatal yoga

    Don’t perform poses on your belly or on your back, don’t over exert your muscles. Breathe deeply and with ease, avoid any level of exercise that puts too much tension on your back, belly or pelvic muscles.
