Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for clinic appointments paid through https://techsacare.com, operated by Techsacare Pvt Ltd.
1. Scope
Our online checkout is used for clinic appointment fees (healthcare scheduling services). Physical product "returns" generally do not apply. If a clinic offers a separate service package, any additional clinic-specific rules will be stated at booking where applicable; otherwise this policy applies.
2. How to cancel
To cancel a paid appointment, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]or +92 327 3966337 , and include your appointment reference, patient name, and appointment date/time. You may also cancel through any in-product cancel option if available for your booking.
3. Refund amounts (based on time before appointment)
Refund eligibility is calculated from the scheduled appointment start time:

| At least 48 hours before the appointment | 100% of the appointment fee paid |
| At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the appointment | 50% of the appointment fee paid |
| Within 24 hours of the appointment (or after the appointment has started / no-show) | No refund |
4. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used at checkout (for example, via our payment partner such as SafePay). We may request identity or transaction verification to prevent fraud.
6. Clinic reschedules and provider changes
If the clinic reschedules or cancels your appointment for reasons outside your control, we will work with you and the clinic to rebook or, where appropriate, provide a full refund of the fee paid through our website.
